Margret Wegner fell over as a child while holding an 8 centimeter long pencil, which went through her skin into her head, narrowly missing vital parts of her brain. After years of suffering from headaches and nosebleeds, a surgeon at a Berlin private clinic has successfully removed most of the pencil.
